Californian Poppies
After returning from living in America for two years my client wanted to replace the original panel in their late 1800 house with a new panel which had more meaning for them. They chose the Californian poppies to remind them of their time in California. This was part of a bigger refurbishment they were having done to the whole house.

Victorian door panels
These door panels were made to compliment the existing Victorian side panel. Matching both the colour and texture of the original existing side panel glass and using recycled green glass in the leaf motif.

Fox double glazed window
One of two panels made to be incorporated within a double glazed unit. The client lives in Ovingdean and wanted to include the cliffs and foxes in the design. The fox has painted detail that has been kiln fired.

Brighton and Hove Albion fan
I was commissioned to make a transom window to go over a front door for a BHA football fan based on a design drawn up by his artist friend. I had to make a couple of adjustments to the design once it was drawn up to scale.

1930’s door panel
My client a carpenter by trade acquired an original 1930’s wooden door with its original lead panel. He was intended to use the door in his own home. The lead panel was in bad repair. It was stripped back by removing all the old lead. New glass was cut to replace the broken pieces. The panel was then re-leaded, soldered and cemented and the panel was reinstated in its original setting.

Swan bathroom fanlight
I was asked to design a panel to go over a bathroom door to include a swan in the design. The swan had a personal significance for the client. The colours were also influenced by the surrounding decor.

Sussex scenes
My client was refurbishing their Arts and Crafts House in Hove. It was a major refurbishment. They made four alcoves in their lounge to accommodate four panels each to be backlight. They chose to have four different Sussex scenes; Hove bandstand, Cuckmere Haven, The Severn Sisters and the Regency area Brunswick Square. My client wanted a more geometric design for the two front door side panels and the tiny door panel.

Front door side panels
My clients had a preference to having a geometric design to compliment their beautiful wooden front door. To break up the geometric design I rotated the mini front door to an angle which keeps the flow behind the three panels.

Disneys ‘Frozen’ panel
This panel was commissioned as a gift to the actress who played Anna in the stage version of the Disney film Frozen. The brief was to depict the actors role in the production. In it she sings ‘Love is an open door’! The production was going to New York after it’s London run so instead of the Ice Palace set behind the mountains I painted the Empire Estate Building.
