Two day Stained Glass workshop for those that wish to go further in the art of Stained Glass. Spend two days with me in my studio developing your skills and design and make your panel. These workshops are suitable for all beginners and those who want to go further and learn stained glass leading in a friendly manner. Learn how to lead stained glass panels / windows, in the company of a small relaxed group and for some time-out in the homely, informal setting of Ruth Mullan's artist studio. ​ A two day workshop covers, introduction, design for stained glass, introduction to Medium, Materials, Glass cutting, Glass Leading and Cementing. If you are interested to go further on a particular aspect of the craft for example, glass painting or drawing, then a tailor-made coaching approach is provided to assist your own needs. ​ No previous stained glass experience is necessary. What's included in the price From a very basic introduction to professional stained glass, techniques are covered within the workshop. The beginners will learn the essential stained glass skills: Including, design, glass cutting, leading, soldering and cementing if time permits. All equipment and a generous abundance of materials provided to use during the course. You will be provided with a selection of pre-glass designs and pieces for you to select that consist of small pieces (about 12-15 pieces) to work from. You will be able to finish your project within 12 hours during a one day workshop and will be able to take your panel with you. ​

Cancellation Policy

Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your training course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following charges will apply: ​ Notifications by email: 21 – 15 days we refund 75% of the course fee. 14 – 8 days we refund 50% of course fee. 7 days or less no refund of course fee. Deductible booking fee of £5pp from total refund.
