Terms and Conditions and Additional Safety Measures for Workshops 

Cancellations and Transferring of worksop dates.


Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your workshop and are unable to reschedule  your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following terms will apply:

Cancellations and rescheduling notifications by email:

  • All notifications must be sent by email:

  • 21 – 15 days a refund 75% of the course fee.

  • 14 – 8 days a refund 50% of course fee.

  • Cancellation 7 days or less and not rearranging a new date with me, no refund of course fee. 

  • Deductible cancellation booking fee £5pp payable before 21 days from total refund. 

  • I will happily reschedule your Workshop date to another date and time that fits in with both parties schedules.

Additional Information:

  • We have a no smoking on site policy

  • No previous stained glass experience is necessary.

  • A maximum of 3 participants per workshop.

  • We are unable to accept a booking If pregnant due to health and safety.

  • Long periods of standing at times due to the nature of the workshop.

  • A steady hand and dexterity is required and involves a certain amount of strength and control.

  • Access to the workshop is via garden with various levels of steps and decking.

  • Please bring a packed lunch.  

  • Please arrive by 9:55 am for a 10.00 am start with a 16:00 finish.


Do not attend with any Coronavirus *symptoms or if you have been in contact with someone who has symptoms in the previous 14 days;- * cough, high temperature or unexplained illness.

If  you develop any symptoms  after attending a workshop please advise me so that I can tell other learners.
